Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead liaison for partner schools to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
• Oversee and guarantee the effective execution of academic initiatives.
• Organize and conduct workshops and training sessions aimed at empowering teachers.
• Track and analyze the progress and effectiveness of educational programs.
• Address and resolve both academic challenges and operational issues promptly.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with various school stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the delivery of academic content and programs.

Eligibility Criteria

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, or a similar discipline.
• At least two years of professional experience within the education or EdTech sector.
• Excellent communication capabilities alongside strong organizational aptitude.
• Must have proficiency in the regional language spoken in the area of work.
• Requirement to use a personal laptop for work purposes.

Travel Requirements

This role demands frequent travel, approximately 15 to 20 days monthly, within the designated state to visit and engage with partner schools.

Compensation

The offered salary is up to ₹30,000 per month.
