Role Summary
As an Academic Counsellor, you will be pivotal in guiding prospective students through their educational journey, from providing detailed program advice to assisting with admissions, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer tailored advice to students about academic courses, curricula, and associated fees.
- Engage with prospective student leads and proactively follow up on their queries to boost enrollment.
- Deliver presentations and conduct counseling sessions detailing course benefits and career prospects.
- Assist students comprehensively through the admission process, including handling necessary documentation.
- Develop strong connections with students and parents to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Keep detailed records of counseling interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Work closely with internal departments to achieve enrollment targets and fulfill company objectives.
