About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Coordinator based in Vijayawada, responsible for overseeing operations across the state of Andhra Pradesh. The role involves extensive interaction with preschool centers to ensure educational excellence and adherence to organizational standards. Female candidates are especially encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions focused on effective curriculum implementation.
- Perform regular center visits to provide operational assistance and support.
- Conduct academic audits periodically to maintain quality standards.
- Organize orientation sessions for both parents and teachers to enhance engagement.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all centers under supervision.
- Offer consistent mentoring to all centers in the designated territory.
- Coordinate ongoing training programs for teachers and Chief Learning Officers across assigned centers.
- Ensure all centers operate according to company policies and guidelines.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Strong proficiency in English and Telugu languages.
- Familiarity with the preschool education sector.
- Knowledge of preschool franchising is considered a valuable plus.
- Comfortable traveling approximately 15 days per month within the territory.
- Well-informed about early childhood education curriculum.
