Tamil Telecalling Intern (Work from Home)

About the internship

This remote internship is for a Tamil-speaking telecalling role at ChatSpark, an audio-first social platform that combines one-to-one voice conversations with casual social gaming to make interactions feel more natural and engaging. The platform follows a “challenge & connect” approach, using light gameplay to help users feel comfortable before moving into live voice conversations.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in Tamil.
• Handle customer questions and concerns over the phone in a polite, clear, and helpful way.
• Support issue resolution by sharing the right information and guiding customers as needed.
• Record and update customer details accurately in the internal system.
• Work alongside the sales team to help generate leads and contribute to business growth.
• Take part in training sessions aimed at strengthening communication and sales abilities.
• Share observations and suggestions with management to improve customer experience and team performance.

Who can apply

Applications are open only to candidates who can work from home, are able to begin between 5 July 2026 and 9 August 2026, can commit to a 3-month internship, and have relevant skills and interest for the role.

Stipend

The internship pays INR 5,000 to 8,000 per month.
