About the Internship
This internship entails managing the supply chain operations by meticulously updating and handling customer details, enquiries, quotations, and sales orders within the company's CRM system. Responsibilities include keeping accurate logs of leads, opportunities, and client interactions to ensure order statuses reflect real-time updates. The intern will track pending enquiries and collaborate with relevant teams to secure prompt information, generate detailed CRM reports daily, weekly, and monthly, and maintain data integrity by eliminating duplicates or incomplete records.
