About the Internship
This Social Media Marketing internship is available at a leading tech education firm based in Bangalore. The opportunity involves contributing creatively to HR and PR teams by developing captivating content that highlights the organization's employer brand, culture, achievements, and events across diverse social media channels.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and publish engaging posts for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X.
- Work closely with the HR department to create employer branding initiatives, employee narratives, recruitment campaigns, and culture-oriented materials.
- Collaborate with the PR team to broaden the reach of company news, leadership messages, events, and media engagements.
- Document office happenings through photography and videography during celebrations and leadership sessions.
- Create short video reels, graphics, and visual content leveraging software like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.
- Monitor social media trends to propose innovative content ideas.
- Manage scheduling of posts, track engagement, and compile basic analytics reports.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to maintain uniformity in brand messaging across all platforms.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship starting between July 30 and September 3, 2026, for a six-month term.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Journalism, or related disciplines are preferred.
