About the Opportunity
Join Modgenics Technology Solutions as a Performance Marketing Executive Intern where you will play a crucial role in driving brand growth via paid advertising and engaging content strategies. Our company specializes in software and game development, mobile apps, AI, digital marketing, and legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns including Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube platforms, continuously enhancing their effectiveness.
- Monitor vital metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates to evaluate campaign success.
- Expand successful campaigns strategically while managing acquisition costs efficiently.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, target audiences, landing pages, and ad texts to identify optimal combinations.
- Compile detailed weekly and monthly performance analytics with practical recommendations.
- Create persuasive scripts tailored for Instagram Reels, Facebook Ads, YouTube Shorts, and other video content.
- Develop standout ad copy, engaging headlines, hooks, and calls to action for various platforms.
- Work closely with creative teams to produce impactful advertising materials.
- Oversee numerous social media accounts, planning and scheduling content to maintain consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with designers and editors ensuring coherent visual and brand identity across postings.
- Monitor audience interaction levels and devise tactics to enhance engagement and follower base.
- Utilize Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 for in-depth tracking and analyses.
- Interpret customer trends to fine-tune campaigns leveraging data insights.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market exploration to uncover fresh growth avenues.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026, for three months. Candidates should reside in Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Noida, or Greater Noida West and possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for performance marketing.
Additional Information
This internship offers a stipend ranging from 18000 to 25000 INR monthly. Selected interns will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and may be considered for future employment opportunities within the company. Immediate commencement is expected upon selection.
