About the Internship
This part-time internship offers a work-from-home opportunity where selected candidates will assist with various legal tasks to support the operations of Deevige Classes Pvt Ltd, an educational platform specializing in personalized tutoring for PUC, NEET, and JEE aspirants. Interns will play a key role in reviewing and drafting legal documents, researching relevant laws, and helping maintain compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and vetting legal documents such as employment agreements, vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and lease contracts.
- Conduct thorough research on state and national laws regarding education, labor, and data privacy to ensure organizational compliance.
- Support the monitoring and safeguarding of intellectual property, including educational content, digital assets, and trademarks.
- Help develop and update institutional policies, student guidelines, and internal compliance frameworks.
- Carry out legal research on corporate governance, dispute resolution, and statutory obligations.
- Maintain well-organized digital and physical records of legal files, case notes, and compliance materials.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure all operational activities align with applicable legal standards.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work remotely and commit to a 4-month duration.
- Should be able to start the internship between July 12, 2026, and August 16, 2026.
- Open to individuals with relevant legal skills and interests, including women looking to initiate or restart their legal careers.
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Law degrees (LL.B., B.A. LL.B., or LL.M.).
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract law, intellectual property rights, and basic corporate law.
- Strong skills in drafting, writing, researching legal materials, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Familiarity with legal research tools and digital documentation management.
- Good organizational abilities and multitasking skills.
Compensation and Benefits
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 20,000 and 25,000. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation upon successful completion, and flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
