About the Internship

Key Responsibilities
- Draft job descriptions and publish job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls with prospective candidates.
- Manage incoming applications and organize received documentation systematically.
- Schedule and coordinate interview appointments efficiently.
- Take minutes during interviews, meetings, and team discussions to ensure precise record keeping.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct or arrange reference checks on shortlisted applicants.
- Prepare and maintain reports tracking the progress of recruitment efforts.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to work remotely throughout the tenure.
- Available to begin the internship between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026.
- Commitment to a 2-month internship period is required.

Compensation and Benefits
