About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in HR functions at a prestigious interior design firm. Tasks include maintaining detailed employee records, supporting onboarding and exit procedures, managing attendance and leave systems, and preparing official HR documents such as offer letters and settlements. Interns will also update employee data within the HR management system, ensure compliance with company policies, track productivity and collaborate with department heads on performance reviews while strictly maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available to work remotely and adhere to the work schedule of 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Indian Standard Time. The internship start date window is from July 18, 2026, to August 22, 2026, with a commitment of six months required. Candidates should possess relevant professional interests and skills aligned with HR responsibilities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong command of English communication, both spoken and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
