About the Role
Join Nandan GSE Private Limited as an HR intern and immerse yourself in comprehensive human resource activities. This internship provides practical exposure to recruitment, HRIS management, employee onboarding, policy formulation, and administrative support—all within a flexible, remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including posting vacancies and participating in interviews.
- Regularly update and maintain employee data within HRIS platforms for accuracy.
- Work collaboratively to develop and revise employee policies and procedural documents.
- Support onboarding processes and deliver training assistance to new hires.
- Organize and manage HR-related data using Google Sheets and Google Docs tools.
- Communicate effectively in fluent spoken and written English with team members and employees.
- Provide administrative and project support to the HR team as necessary.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available to perform the internship remotely.
- Must be able to begin the internship between July 27, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
- Commitment to a three-month internship duration is required.
