Core Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate candidates with an emphasis on behavioral suitability and cultural fit.
• Organize interviews and support psychometric and behavioral evaluations.
• Oversee onboarding processes, verify necessary documentation, and keep precise records.
• Conduct weekly check-ins with interns to encourage well-being, monitor motivation, and assess progress.
• Manage conflict resolution with fairness and psychological insight.
• Plan and implement engagement initiatives to boost productivity and alleviate stress.
• Assist with HR meetings, disseminate policy information, and foster a positive workplace atmosphere.
• Arrange and lead daily meetings.
• Maintain and update performance tracking based on attendance and quality of work.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental knowledge of workplace behavior, motivation techniques, and conflict resolution approaches.
• Strong empathy, active listening capabilities, and respect for confidentiality when addressing concerns.
• Eagerness to learn and apply psychological concepts in HR contexts.

Eligibility

This position is open to individuals who are prepared to work remotely and can start between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
