Join Astro, a dynamic prebiotic soda brand redefining functional gut-health drinks with contemporary taste and style. As the brand expands into premium dining, hospitality, and retail outlets, we are seeking a motivated Field Marketing & Sales Representative to drive growth through direct engagement and partnership development.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted visits to restaurants and cafes to facilitate product samplings and clearly communicate Astro's brand benefits to owners, managers, and consumers.
- Work closely with distribution partners during market visits to professionally represent the product and assist in buyer communication and sales efforts.
- Manage promotional event kiosks by overseeing their setup, operations, and engaging attendees to increase brand visibility.
Candidate Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months, starting between August 8 and September 12, 2026. Candidates should have interest and relevant skills in sales and marketing. Women seeking to commence or restart their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, capable of pitching to business owners and interacting with consumers confidently.
- Energetic and self-driven with genuine enthusiasm for the FMCG, wellness, or beverage sector.
- Flexible mobility within Jaipur for daily field visits, distribution support, and events.
- Professional demeanor to effectively represent Astro alongside established B2B distribution partners.
- Fluent in English and Hindi to engage effectively with diverse hospitality professionals and event attendees.
- Strong organizational skills to manage scheduling, promotional setups, and venue feedback accurately.
Compensation & Benefits
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging between INR 2000 and INR 5000. Interns will work five days a week and receive a certificate and letter of recommendation upon completion.
