This internship is designed for someone who enjoys deep market research, equity analysis, and turning insights into investor-friendly content. You’ll support work across stock research, YouTube topic discovery, presentation building, management interview prep, investor research, and newsletter planning. The role offers hands-on exposure to fundamental research, content production, and discussions around listed Indian businesses.

Key responsibilities
The intern will work on a wide mix of research and content tasks, including detailed company analysis, preparation of research notes, and support for video and interview content.
- Study listed Indian companies, with greater focus on small- and mid-cap businesses.
- Review quarterly results, conference calls, management commentary, and industry developments.
- Build stock notes, sector summaries, and research briefs.
- Spot emerging themes, trends, and investment ideas that may be actionable.
- Follow daily market movement, sector rotation, news flow, and regulatory updates for YouTube research.
- Use analytics and data to shortlist topics with strong audience interest.
- Prepare short, clear research notes around selected market topics.
- Support video planning by understanding basic editing flow such as sequencing, pacing, and continuity.
- Suggest improvements that strengthen storytelling in video content.
- Turn research into clean, well-organized presentation decks for explainers and interviews.
- Research companies before management interviews and draft concise 1–2 page briefing notes.
- Understand business models, value chains, segments, and recent updates before interviews.
- Prepare structured Q&A material and brainstorm hooks, flow, and discussion direction.
- Research notable investors, including their backgrounds, portfolios, and investing style.
- Assist in building investor podcast content, question sets, and an investor database.
- Track strong sector themes such as solar, defence, EV, recycling, and similar areas.
- Conduct mini sector studies and value-chain analysis for content use.
- Write short sector notes that can be used in video narration.
- Suggest weekly newsletter themes based on important market events.
- Summarize key news, policy changes, company updates, and sector-level trends.
- Brainstorm thumbnail ideas, visual framing, hook angles, and color choices to improve click-through rates.
Ideal candidate profile
The role suits a candidate with a strong interest in equity markets, research, and market-facing content. A CFA background or solid academic grounding in equity research is preferred.
- Strong curiosity about stock markets, sectors, and fundamental analysis.
- Ability to translate research into structured, content-ready insights.
- Good understanding of Indian business models, sectors, and financial metrics.
- Basic awareness of video editing logic; advanced software skills are not required.
- Strong analytical writing ability and attention to detail.
Eligibility
Applications are limited to candidates who can work full time from the office, begin between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, and commit to the full 6-month duration. The opportunity is open only to applicants from Thane. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend
