About the Internship
HuedLife invites a motivated and compassionate Customer Success Intern to join their Bangalore team. The intern will closely engage with customers to maximize their satisfaction and help them successfully use the company's offerings through onboarding, support, and relationship building.
Key Duties
- Help onboard new clients by guiding them through the product setup and usage.
- Address customer questions warmly and clearly via email, chat, or phone.
- Record and maintain customer interaction details using the CRM system.
- Monitor repeat customer behavior and identify those at risk of disengagement.
- Gather feedback from customers and communicate insights to improve services.
- Ensure timely, professional responses to all customer inquiries.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time in-office internship starting between July 30 and September 3, 2026, lasting two months.
- Current students or recent graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, plus proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, or Kannada is beneficial.
- Strong empathy towards customers and problem-solving aptitude.
- Comfortable using spreadsheet tools and CRM applications; training will be provided.
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Additional Details
- Monthly stipend between ₹4000 and ₹5000.
