Role Overview
This part-time internship is focused on business development and sales. The role involves finding new B2B prospects, managing outreach, moving opportunities through the pipeline, and supporting deal closure across selected business segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and approach potential B2B customers in the food and beverage, hospitality, retail, and broader commercial sectors.
- Take ownership of the sales journey from identifying leads and qualifying prospects through to meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Develop connections with business owners and decision-makers through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and face-to-face discussions.
- Draft sales proposals, presentations, and commercial offers with guidance from the leadership team.
- Keep the sales funnel well organized, manage follow-ups consistently, and work toward monthly business development goals.
- Work closely with the product team to support smooth customer onboarding and build lasting client partnerships.
- Study market movements, competitor activity, and fresh business opportunities to help guide the company’s growth plans.
Eligibility
Applications are open only to candidates who can work part time, are able to begin between 8 Jul 2026 and 12 Aug 2026, can commit to a 2-month duration, and are based in Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Jaipur, or Bangalore. Applicants should also have relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.
Other Information
The internship offers a monthly stipend of INR 16,000 to 40,000. There are 10 openings. The start date is immediate.
