Zoho Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer to join our Jaipur office. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing, automating, integrating, and enhancing Zoho One applications to streamline business operations across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, customize, and optimize Zoho One apps to meet operational needs.
• Create custom modules, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting language.
• Integrate Zoho applications with external systems using APIs, Zoho Flow, and Zapier for seamless data exchange.
• Set up new Zoho applications along with handling data migration, managing user access, and overseeing system administration.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, IT, and other teams to gather requirements and develop tailored Zoho solutions.
• Continuously monitor application performance, resolve any issues, ensure data accuracy, and improve system effectiveness.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar fields.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Zoho Developer or Administrator, with at least 10 successful project deliveries involving customizations, workflows, and automations.
• Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting, Zoho Flow, API integrations, and Zapier connectors.
• Hands-on experience with data migration techniques, user management, and system administration for Zoho applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python scripting and Zoho Deluge language.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving abilities along with excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Possession of Zoho CRM Administrator, Zoho Creator, or Zoho Flow Certifications is highly desirable.
