Role Overview and Responsibilities

This role entails extensive field sales activities targeting residential customers for Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband services. You will actively visit neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and local retail outlets to promote and sell high-speed internet connections. Prospecting new customers involves door-to-door outreach, running local marketing campaigns, and leveraging referrals to generate leads.

As part of customer onboarding, you will provide detailed information about various Wi-Fi plans, their benefits, and pricing, assist clients with required KYC documentation, and facilitate service activation through Airtel's sales application. The position requires consistently meeting prescribed weekly and monthly sales and installation targets established by the company.
