Position Details

Role: Web Developer | ERP & CRM Software Developer | Technical Support Engineer
Work Location: Patna, Bihar (Office based)
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary Range: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 monthly, dependent on skills and experience
Experience Level: 1 to 3 years preferred; fresh graduates with strong technical skills are also encouraged to apply.

Educational Qualifications

Relevant degrees like B.Tech (Computer Science / IT), BCA, MCA, M.Tech, BE, Computer Science Diploma, or any graduate with applicable technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, business-oriented websites using modern web technologies.
• Manage frontend and backend development, ensure website optimization and performance enhancement.
• Handle database management, hosting, and domain configuration tasks.
• Build, customize, and upgrade ERP and CRM software modules tailored to customer needs, including dashboards and reports.
• Design user interfaces, implement secure backends, integrate third-party APIs, and automate software features.
• Conduct live and virtual software demonstrations to clients, thoroughly explaining ERP and CRM workflows and features.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and prepare user manuals for new customers to facilitate system understanding.
• Provide multi-channel technical support (phone, messaging apps, email, remote access) for issue resolution and installation assistance.
• Collaborate with developers, sales, project managers, and management to plan, test, document, and timely deliver software projects adhering to coding standards.

Technical Skills Required

• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
• Backend: PHP, Laravel Framework, preferred CodeIgniter, REST API development
• Databases: MySQL, SQL
• Additional: Git & GitHub, web hosting, cPanel, DNS management, SSL installation, API and payment gateway integration, SMS and WhatsApp APIs, Google Maps API
