Key duties include evaluating water damage, operating and maintaining drying and extraction equipment, documenting work progress, and adhering to industry safety regulations such as IICRC standards. Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess water damage on-site to determine restoration needs.
• Set up, operate, and monitor drying and water extraction equipment effectively.
• Maintain and clean restoration tools and equipment after use.
• Document the status and progress of restoration jobs thoroughly and accurately.
• Follow all applicable safety protocols and industry standards, including IICRC guidelines.
• Work closely with team members and communicate professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient knowledge and skills related to water damage restoration and mitigation.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with customers, supervisors, and colleagues as well as clear documentation of work.
• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or similar trades is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IICRC standards and water/mold remediation safety practices is beneficial.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean background check.
• Physical capability to lift and move restoration equipment and materials.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
