Role Overview

This role as a full-time, on-site Waiter / Waitress at SO/ Ras Al Khaimah involves warmly greeting guests, providing menu information, accurately taking orders, and delivering food and beverages efficiently and courteously. Responsibilities include setting and maintaining clean tables, cooperating with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service, addressing guest inquiries and special requests, processing transactions, and strictly following health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Additionally, supporting promotional initiatives, upholding a professional appearance, and fostering a positive team spirit are key expectations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a pleasant and attentive guest experience.
