Role Description

As a Waiter/Waitress, your core responsibility will be to deliver professional and personalized service to guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Key duties include:

• Provide food and beverage service adhering to the hotel's standard performance guidelines.
• Welcome, seat, and serve customers with professionalism and discretion.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menu to advise and assist guests effectively.
• Regularly monitor quality of food and drinks served to maintain high standards.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and promptly resolve any complaints or inquiries.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld in the outlet and service equipment is properly maintained.
• Prepare thoroughly for service periods, including mis-en-place and mis-en-scene tasks before, during, and after service.
• Minimize waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and boost revenue.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food and beverage management.
• Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a high-traffic restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong command of English language.
• Excellent guest service skills and interpersonal abilities.
