Role Overview
This role is ideal for candidates passionate about customer service and fluent in English, with at least six months of experience in voice support. The position involves handling inbound international customer calls and offering technical assistance while maintaining high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from international customers.
- Provide technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Communicate professionally and assist customers with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on daily activities and outstanding tasks.
- Coordinate with various internal departments for problem resolution.
Work Schedule and Environment
- Work is based from office premises.
- 24/7 rotational shifts with a 5-day workweek and 2 days off on a rotational basis.
- Training involves 24/7 hours which requires comfort with night shifts.
- Salary range from 18,000 to 23,000 INR in hand monthly.
- One-way cab service available for night shifts within a 25 km radius of the office.
