Responsibilities

• Oversee a prominent retirement village, ensuring ongoing excellence in resident experience
• Empower and develop a diverse team to achieve exceptional outcomes
• Collaborate with residents, families, leadership teams, and support functions to cultivate a positive and connected atmosphere
• Identify improvement opportunities, spearhead change initiatives, and maintain strong operational, financial, and commercial performance
• Balance customer satisfaction, people leadership, financial oversight, sales success, and operational efficiency to sustain village growth

Candidate Profile

• Seasoned operational leader with experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams in complex, customer-centered environments
• Proficient in managing finances, budgets, and operational results
• Successful in nurturing engaged, high-performing teams via coaching, development, and accountability
• Ability to cultivate trusted relationships with residents, families, clients, and stakeholders
• Resilient, sound judgment, and capable of making decisions quickly in dynamic settings
• Experienced in driving continuous improvement, change management, and operational excellence
• Passionate about providing excellent customer experiences and positive daily outcomes
