Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative and talented Video Editor to join their Surat-based team on a full-time basis. This position involves transforming AI-generated scripts and media into dynamic, polished videos tailored for YouTube and various social platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Convert AI-produced scripts into finalized videos ready for publication.
• Incorporate engaging edits, transitions, and narrative elements to enhance viewer retention.
• Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and musical elements seamlessly.
• Design compelling introductory hooks within the first 3 to 5 seconds of content.
• Produce both longer videos (60 to 90 seconds) and short-form clips such as Reels and Shorts.
• Maintain brand consistency and a unified visual style across all content.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet daily production deadlines.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Expertise in video editing and storytelling techniques.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro software.
• Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects for motion graphic design.
• Experience using Final Cut Pro or CapCut editing tools.
• Understanding of timing, pacing, and audience engagement strategies.
• Fundamental knowledge of design principles, typography, and visual composition.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience using AI-assisted tools such as Runway and VEED.io.
• Comfort with ChatGPT to aid script comprehension and hook creation.
• Working knowledge of Notion AI for content workflow management.
• Skill with Gemini or similar creative asset platforms.
• Awareness of trends in YouTube, Instagram, and other short-form video formats.
