Their mobile application facilitates various value-added services such as money transfers, mobile recharges, and card-related services, aiming to enhance financial inclusion and freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Distribute payment cards and collect KYC documentation from authorized individuals, ensuring compliance with mandatory regulations.
• Guide new cardholders to register on the mobile app, provide education on product functionalities, services, and appropriate card usage.
• Deliver financial inclusion training to cardholders, assist with onboarding onto the C3Pay app, and support everyday issues related to the card or app usage.
• Carry out remittance support visits on salary days to help cardholders transfer funds using the C3Pay app.
• Execute marketing campaigns to raise awareness of the C3Pay product; organize award ceremonies at employee residences.
• Conduct fraud awareness training sessions within employee communities.
• Provide corporate Value Added Services (VAS) training presentations to payroll and welfare teams.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Commerce.
• Proven experience working as a field officer involved with any banking product.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
