Role Responsibilities

• Design impactful product experiences by crafting outstanding user interfaces and user experiences from concept to final delivery, using advanced tools to explore options, accelerate progress, and elevate quality, ensuring intuitive and enjoyable interaction.
• Leverage large language models (LLM) and AI tools to define objectives, draft concise specifications, and detect risks and edge cases before engaging design software, speeding up team alignment and direction setting.
• Create prototypes and develop interactive frontend code using AI platforms such as Cursor and Claude Code, proficiently switching between coding and design tools like Figma to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers from project inception through quality assurance and launch, making design choices with engineering awareness.
• Engage directly with users to validate and measure design effectiveness through quick testing and analysis of metrics like funnel performance, retention, and adoption, refining subsequent designs accordingly.
• Identify and prioritize backlog items that yield significant product improvements and business value, foster stakeholder consensus, and deliver swiftly.

Higher experienced candidates may earn between £112,189 to £250,512 in London and €107,837 to €188,848 elsewhere, with potential for compensation above usual ranges for exceptional talent. Permanent contracts allow partial pay in discounted company equity. Relocating to Italy may provide a 50% tax reduction.

Additional Information

Commitment: Full-time position on either permanent or fixed-term contract basis.

Work Locations: Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or fully remote from eligible countries.

Selection Process: Candidates undergo a rigorous assessment process focusing on demonstrated excellence without preference to seniority. Assessments may be challenging, requiring significant time and unfamiliar problem solving. We maintain a high bar and readiness to delay offers until the right candidate is found. The company accommodates applicants with disabilities upon request.

Onboarding: New hires are expected to spend the initial months primarily at the Milan office to quickly integrate into company culture, with travel and accommodation costs supported. Subsequent work location arrangements are flexible based on agreement.
