UX Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a skilled UX Designer to enhance our brand and website experiences with thoughtful, user-centered approaches. Key Responsibilities

• Designing user-centered UX concepts for websites and online shops.
• Developing information architectures, user flows, and wireframes within existing or new corporate designs.
• Creating interactive, clickable prototypes using tools like Adobe XD.
• Analyzing user needs and deriving clear requirements from client meetings and user feedback.
• Planning, conducting, and evaluating usability tests to generate actionable improvement suggestions.
• Managing and executing projects to ensure proper implementation of UX concepts.
• Presenting and discussing UX solutions with the team and clients.
• Supporting ongoing project development after launch based on data and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with popular UX and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD.
• Solid expertise in user research methods, personas, customer journeys, user flows, and information architecture.
• Experience planning and performing user interviews and usability testing, along with data analysis.
• Ability to translate complex content and processes into simple, intuitive user pathways.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and conceptual thinking in collaboration with designers, developers, and clients.
• Analytical mindset with understanding of web analytics and KPIs for data-driven optimization.
• Completed degree in UX, interface design, media/communication design, or a related field.
• Practical UX experience, ideally within an agency or digital environment.
