US IT Recruiter

About the Role

Swift Hire LLC is seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join their expanding team based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This is a full-time onsite position working night shifts aligned with US business hours. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of direct experience recruiting for the US IT market and thrive in a dynamic hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and evaluate candidates for US client positions spanning IT and Non-IT roles.
• Manage multiple recruitment cycles end-to-end including sourcing, interviewing, and offer closure.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, negotiate compensation rates, and sustain ongoing candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records accurately while developing a robust talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales personnel to meet client timelines with quality candidate submissions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven expertise in sourcing candidates using top US job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Thorough understanding of US work visa categories and employment authorizations including H-1B, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, Green Card and related statuses.
• Knowledge of US employment tax classifications such as W2, C2C, and 1099, with ability to select appropriate hiring models.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple recruitment assignments concurrently without sacrificing quality or turnaround time.
• Strong English communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, detail-conscious, adaptable, and capable of owning responsibilities efficiently.
