Role Overview

Exodigo is hiring an organized, proactive, and detail-focused U.S. HR Operations Specialist to support its expanding U.S. team. In this role, you will report to the U.S. HR Business Partner and help improve the efficiency of everyday HR processes, systems, and employee support. The position suits someone who is comfortable in a fast-moving environment and enjoys creating scalable workflows while delivering a smooth employee experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding for U.S. employees, contractors, and temporary workers.
• Handle offboarding steps such as paperwork, equipment collection, and removal of system access.
• Keep employee records accurate in the HRIS and PEO systems for the U.S. workforce.
• Perform regular data checks to confirm that employee information stays complete and correct.
• Create HR reports, respond to employee data requests, and maintain workforce documentation.
• Act as the main contact for employee questions about benefits, HR platforms, policies, and procedures.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollments, qualifying life event updates, and related employee communication.
• Coordinate leave-of-absence cases and documentation with outside providers and internal teams.
• Help ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment rules, including I-9 checks, E-Verify, background screening, and required employment records.
• As needed, source and screen temporary, seasonal, and contract field operations candidates across the United States based on project demand.

Required Background

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Coordination, ideally in a startup, technology, or infrastructure setting.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS, PEO platforms, and applicant tracking systems, along with strong data accuracy habits and system upkeep skills.
• Working knowledge of multi-state U.S. employment regulations, onboarding standards, and HR compliance practices.
• Experience supporting hiring processes, preferably for temporary, seasonal, or contract roles.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with comfort working across functions and time zones.
• A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable approach, plus the ability to manage several priorities while protecting confidentiality.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is USD 70,000 to USD 90,000 per year.
