We seek a skilled Upwork Bidding Specialist to spearhead our agency's presence and project bidding strategies on top IT freelance marketplaces. This role demands vigilance in tracking project postings, analyzing client requests, crafting tailored proposals, and initiating preliminary sales engagements to secure contracts in software design and development.

Working closely with our engineering leadership, you will validate project scope and craft competitive bids. Top performers will generate a steady flow of inbound contracts and earn commissions on lucrative deals.

Responsibilities

• Submit bids on relevant projects in web, mobile, and software development across platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Guru.
• Develop compelling, customized proposals that directly address client needs.
• Start client conversations, showcase URTech's competencies, and coordinate technical team meetings.
• Oversee agency profile optimization, including management of ratings, reviews, and job success metrics.

Requirements

• Between 1 and 3 years of demonstrated experience bidding for IT agency projects and securing contracts.
• Strong command of written English and understanding of technical project concepts.
• Capability to quickly assess client requirements and produce relevant, high-impact proposals.
• Knowledge of Upwork agency policies and effective bidding practices.
