UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at The Conrad Group, you will immerse yourself in fully understanding the assigned product’s technology and features. You'll conduct research to generate valuable human-centered and business insights, contributing to the enhancement of user experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehensively understand and analyze the product area technology and functionalities.
• Carry out research focused on human impact and business insight generation for assigned products.
• Develop various UX deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flow diagrams, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and functional prototypes to address genuine user challenges.
• Effectively communicate UX findings and results within the design department, among cross-functional product teams, and other relevant team members, simplifying complex information clearly.

Candidate Requirements

• Present a portfolio showcasing carefully refined, end-to-end customer journey designs.
• Possess more than five years of professional experience in interactive design or visual design.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal communication abilities.
• Stay updated with current trends in mobile technology, communications, and collaboration platforms.
• Create polished design deliverables such as prototypes, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Demonstrate skills in accurately scoping, estimating efforts, and independently prioritizing tasks and goals.
• Provide a proven track record of contributing to shipping products through impactful design work.
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Be proficient with multiple design software tools including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch.
