UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX and Marketing Designer at flexlog, you will be a pivotal creative link between development teams and end-users, designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences that enhance the value of our products. You will also develop visual concepts ensuring consistent brand engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design user concepts ranging from single features to entire applications.
• Create designs, use-cases, layouts, and interactive prototypes.
• Engage directly with end-users to collect and incorporate feedback.
• Produce impactful graphics and renderings for product presentations and website use.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and external service providers on content creation.
• Participate actively in agile workflows and two-week sprint planning sessions.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Design, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in designing user concepts and interfaces, including personal projects is valued.
• Proficient knowledge of User Experience and Interaction Design principles.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and usability.
• Language skills: fluent German and good English.
• Excellent teamwork, communication abilities, and social competence when interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design tools or vector graphic editors.
