Treasury Specialist

Overview

Vistas Global is hiring a Treasury Specialist in Doha, Qatar. This role sits within Treasury Management and focuses on Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Asset Liability Management (ALM), balance sheet and liquidity oversight, and financial resource optimization. The position is intended to strengthen profitability attribution, treasury governance, and strategic capital and liquidity management while supporting growth and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, roll out, and continuously refine Funds Transfer Pricing approaches across banking products and business lines.
• Oversee Asset Liability Management frameworks, with attention to interest rate risk and liquidity risk control.
• Shape and improve balance sheet management strategies to lift profitability and capital efficiency.
• Build and sustain funding curves, liquidity premium models, optionality pricing approaches, and behavioral assumptions.
• Lead initiatives for profitability attribution and rework methods used to measure business performance.
• Deliver strategic analysis related to Treasury, Global Markets, and the economics of banking products.
• Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and business teams to align pricing and performance measurement methods.
• Set up governance, policy, and accountability structures across Treasury and related functions.
• Review liquidity, funding, and profitability indicators to inform senior management decisions.
• Support Treasury transformation efforts and ongoing improvements in financial resource management.
• Prepare reports and presentation material for senior leaders and governance committees.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, regulatory obligations, and recognized industry standards.
