Job Responsibility Overview
- Promote and sell holiday packages within India and abroad to diverse customers.
- Evaluate customer preferences and suggest appropriate travel plans accordingly.
- Create personalized travel itineraries and pricing proposals.
- Manage client inquiries through multiple communication channels such as phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM software.
- Effectively convert prospective inquiries into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication.
- Liaise with hotels, airlines, and travel partners to secure reservations.
- Follow up with clients for quotations, bookings, and payment collections.
- Ensure prompt confirmation of all travel arrangements – including hotels, flights, transfers, and sightseeing activities.
- Maintain and update detailed customer data within the CRM system.
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and provide superior post-sale service.
- Consistently meet monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
- A graduate degree in any field.
- One to five years’ experience in travel sales, holiday package sales, tour operation, or consulting roles preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for travel sales are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English communication.
- Basic computer literacy including familiarity with MS Excel.
- Strong sales aptitude, negotiation capabilities, and customer service skills.
- Applicants should be residents of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
