Role Overview

The Transportation Specialist position is a full-time role based onsite in Dehradun. The individual in this role will be accountable for planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily transportation operations to ensure the punctual and secure movement of people, materials, and equipment. Key duties include optimizing transportation routes, managing scheduling, and maintaining precise documentation of transportation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily transportation activities to guarantee timely and safe transit.
• Optimize routing and scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain accurate records pertaining to transportation operations.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, addressing service-related issues promptly.
• Provide responsive customer service supporting user satisfaction.
