Job Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage the allocation and placement of commercial trucks for freight transport according to company and client needs.
• Negotiate freight rates with truck owners to secure cost-effective pricing arrangements.
• Identify, connect with, and maintain relationships with truck owners and transporters to ensure trucks are available as required.
• Leverage a strong network of truck owners and transport brokers to facilitate operations.
• Maintain robust relationships with transporters to ensure seamless operational workflows.
• Monitor truck movements and coordinate to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Resolve daily operational challenges involving trucks and drivers efficiently.

Candidate Qualifications

• Fluency in Hindi or Urdu mixed with Hindi is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Sound understanding of truck routes, freight pricing, and current market trends.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict placement deadlines.
