Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Tendering Engineer to join our team at Advanced Communications & Electronics Systems Company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite role requires proficiency in managing and preparing tender submissions to support business growth and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and assess tender documents, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
- Develop and coordinate both technical and commercial proposals aligned with tender requirements.
- Ensure all submissions comply strictly with tender guidelines and specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with various internal teams to gather necessary information and supporting documentation.
- Track submission deadlines to guarantee timely delivery of tenders.
- Maintain detailed records of tender documents and update status appropriately.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or an allied discipline.
- Between two to five years of experience pertinent to tendering, bidding, or proposal management.
- Strong communication abilities and excellent coordination skills.
- High attention to detail with capability to manage work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of the English language.
