Temp Warehouse Associate

Role overview

This contract-based warehouse position focuses on receiving, recording, and moving both inventory and non-inventory materials within the plant and from external suppliers. The role also includes labeling and shipping tasks when required. The successful candidate will work shifts.

This is a 12-month contract assignment.

Key duties

• Plan and coordinate the receipt and transfer of incoming and outgoing raw materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records for all inbound and outbound raw materials and products, using either manual or electronic filing methods.
• Use multiple digital tools, including an inventory management platform and an electronic training system.
• Issue materials to internal users through an electronic requisition workflow.
• Track stock levels and support inventory control through cycle counts.
• Keep the facility clean and organized to a high housekeeping standard.
• Follow established safety procedures and SOPs in a cGMP-regulated setting.

Experience and education

A Leaving Certificate is required, along with 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in materials operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector, or another regulated industry, is a strong advantage. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft applications is also necessary.
