Telesales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to become an integral part of our expanding organization. The selected candidate will engage potential clients by presenting our suite of financial offerings, including personal and business loans, and other credit solutions. Their efforts will focus on generating qualified leads to boost sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls targeting both new and existing customers to introduce various financial products and services.
• Assess client needs carefully and recommend suitable loan products accordingly.
• Persistently pursue leads in an organized manner to maximize conversion ratios.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all communications, client information, and sales activities within the CRM platform.
• Achieve and strive to surpass daily and monthly sales goals.
• Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with clients through effective communication.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent and persuasive communication abilities in Hindi; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience ranging from six months to one year in telecalling, telesales, or customer service; experience in financial or loan services is especially valued.
• Proficient active listening and problem-resolution capabilities.
• Basic computer operation skills along with familiarity in using CRM software.
• Positive, proactive approach with a focus on achieving targets.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary between ₹14,000 and ₹35,000, depending on experience, plus attractive incentives based on performance.
