About the Role

ICICI Lombard General Insurance is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to join their Retail Telesales (RTS) vertical. This is a fully voice-based outbound calling position aimed at promoting and selling insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound sales calls to customers leveraging digital channels.
Engage with customers to understand their insurance needs effectively.
Clearly communicate product information to facilitate understanding and trust.
Convert sales leads into closed sales, benefiting from unlimited incentive opportunities.
Maintain strong positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong sales aptitude combined with logical thinking ability.
Basic familiarity with insurance or prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Open to graduates and Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) holders.
Freshers are encouraged and welcome to apply.

Working Hours and Off Days

Shift timing from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
Work schedule includes six working days per week.
Fixed weekly off on Sundays.

Salary Range

The position offers a monthly salary between INR 16,000 and INR 18,000.
