Telesales Executive

About the Role

HSBE Limited is seeking a Telecaller to join their team as a Telesales Executive. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and requires 1 to 2 years of experience. Applicants should have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients and business associates.
• Provide detailed explanations about the Nukkad Mall App and the advantages it offers.
• Generate potential sales leads and successfully convert them into onboarded customers.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects and sustain positive client relationships.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and manage objections effectively.
• Meet daily and monthly sales objectives consistently.
• Keep accurate records of leads and prepare daily calling reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency in Bengali is essential; basic English communication is desirable.
• Target-driven and highly self-motivated individuals preferred.
• Familiarity with computers and customer relationship management software is required.

Compensation
