Telecalling Team Leader

Overview

MR Associates is recruiting for the position of Telecalling Team Leader to work with KOTAK Group as an associate. The role is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, at the interview venue located near Maidan Metro Station, Shakespeare Sarani, Birla Planetarium.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of telecallers to achieve predefined sales or customer service goals.
• Track daily call activities and evaluate the team's performance regularly.
• Conduct training sessions for new recruits and offer ongoing coaching to enhance their skills.
• Ensure that targets related to sales, lead generation, or customer support are consistently met or exceeded.
• Compile and present performance reports to senior management for review.
• Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction.
• Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
• Ability to analyze problems and provide practical solutions under pressure.
• Efficient time management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and proficient use of MS Excel.
