About the Role
We seek a Tele-Sales Executive specialized in residential construction to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client requirements, and facilitating the sales process to ensure business growth.
Primary Duties
- Generate and qualify sales leads through both inbound and outbound telephonic communication.
- Comprehend customer needs and suggest appropriate residential construction solutions.
- Arrange appointments for the sales team and ensure timely follow-up communications.
- Maintain consistent engagement and build lasting relationships with customers throughout the purchasing cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Keep the Customer Relationship Management system up-to-date with detailed records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Liaise effectively with design, sales, and project teams to provide a smooth customer experience.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals and support deal closure activities.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of inside sales experience in residential construction or real estate sectors.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow up persistently and persuade clients effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ambitious, target-driven, and self-motivated with the capability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
