Job Overview

H Care Medical Engineering is searching for a Female Recovery Executive to join their team in Aurangabad, Maharashtra. This role involves making payment recovery calls, collection, and follow-up calls to ensure customers make payments promptly.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct recovery and collection calls to customers
Follow up professionally with clients to ensure timely payment
Maintain organized and precise records of follow-up activities

Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in payment recovery or collections is essential
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong professionalism in handling payment follow-up calls
Basic proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Tally accounting software is advantageous
