Job Overview

We are seeking Telecalling Executives for two distinct voice process roles: ATHER Voice Process and APOLLO Insurance Process, primarily stationed in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The positions involve customer interaction with emphasis on communication skills and sales experience, tailored to specific eligibility based on language proficiency and experience.

Position Details and Eligibility

• ATHER – Voice Process: 20 vacancies monthly. Candidates must be graduate or undergraduate with good communication skills in English and any regional language. Both freshers and experienced candidates (50% each) are eligible.
• APOLLO – Insurance Process: 50 vacancies monthly. The candidate should have at least 6 months of hardcore sales experience, with proficiency in English and one regional language. Graduate or undergraduate qualification is required.

Compensation

• ATHER Process: CTC ₹23,000 with a take-home salary of ₹22,500.
• APOLLO Process: CTC ₹25,000 with a take-home salary of ₹24,500.

Skills and Requirements

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in banking sales, field sales, basic computer literacy, strong communication aptitude, and customer support skills. Sales experience within 6 months to 2 years is preferred. The minimum educational qualification is 12th grade.
