Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable candidates by utilizing job portals, social media channels, and networking referrals.
• Publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms to attract applicants.
• Review candidate resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit.
• Organize and schedule interviews with hiring managers for shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Keep detailed records of candidates and prepare recruitment progress reports.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with online job boards for candidate sourcing.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate evaluation processes.
• Capable of working effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
• Open to fresh graduates as well as individuals with prior experience.
