Role Summary

The Telco Sales Coordinator supports the Store Management team to meet store objectives, fostering a high-performance culture with outstanding customer service, specifically focusing on the Communications department.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the store’s sales and profitability goals by continually training, coaching, and supporting the Communications team, ensuring customer-centric practices.
• Lead the maintenance and implementation of merchandising standards within the Communications section of the store.
• Ensure all department activities comply with legislative standards, safety policies, and store processes, including accurate incident reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Enjoy working in a casual, fun environment with proven retail experience and a broad understanding of telecommunications products and services.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and experience handling cash transactions, including proficiency with EFTPOS or electronic POS systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a sales team and maintain performance under pressure.
