ఉద్యోగ వివరణ
Role Summary
This position requires a professional with at least two years of experience and a diploma in engineering. The Technician - II will authorized to execute tasks related to equipment maintenance and documentation as per Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both breakdown and preventive maintenance activities for HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to resolve machine-related issues effectively.
- Coordinate efficiently with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Engineering (QE), Production, and Purchase departments to ensure smooth maintenance operations.
- Ensure the availability and stock of critical equipment spare parts at all times.
- Participate actively in qualification activities and obtain approval for qualification documents.
- Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) effectively.
- Engage in technical investigations to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure timely initiation and closure of Quality Management System (QMS) documents in compliance with procedures.
- Maintain all engineering, maintenance, incident, investigation, qualification, and QMS related documents accurately as per SOP requirements.
Experience and Qualification
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Diploma in Engineering is mandatory.
