About the Role

This position emphasizes active involvement, embracing the core value of 'Getting Stuck In'. As a Team Member Plus at Butlin's, you will not be confined to a single department. Instead, your duties will span various teams across the resort, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Your typical week includes cleaning guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays. On other days, you may contribute to sports and activities, food service in restaurants or quick-serve outlets, buffets, bars, shops, or even the fairground. Occasionally, you might work in multiple departments in a single day.

About You

We seek enthusiastic, adaptable individuals who are keen to acquire new skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Prior experience is not mandatory; however, a positive mindset, energetic approach, eagerness to contribute, and a sincere enthusiasm for enhancing guest experiences are essential. Candidates with qualifications such as FA Level 1 Football, Archery GB ERCA, High Ropes, or NCPLH personal licence are especially welcome.

Training and Support

New hires will benefit from a thorough 90-day induction plan and receive guidance from a dedicated buddy to ease integration into the role. This is an excellent opportunity for those targeting a career in hospitality, offering diverse, practical exposure to several customer-facing functions.

Work Details

• Full-time position working 30 to 35 hours weekly over 5 days from a 7-day week
• Shifts include evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation is provided for relocating employees
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
